These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Deal AI mobile application and website at deal-ai.app. By using Deal AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Deal AI provides AI-generated Buy Check Reports for used items, including Deal Scores, price estimates, visual audits, seller questions, inspection checklists, red flags, and deal comparison tools.

2. Not professional advice

Deal AI is for general informational purposes only. Reports are AI estimates based on your photos and inputs. Deal AI does not provide legal, financial, appraisal, or professional inspection services. Always inspect items in person and use your own judgment before purchasing.

3. Subscriptions

Deal AI Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.

• Deal AI Pro Yearly — $39.99/year (USD reference)
• Deal AI Pro Yearly with 3-day trial — free trial when eligible, then yearly billing

Actual prices may vary by storefront and currency.

4. Free trial

If you start a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before billing begins. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Deal AI for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service
• Submit unsupported or inappropriate content
• Misrepresent AI output as a guaranteed appraisal or guarantee of value

Unsupported items include photos of food, animals, medications, or documents.

6. AI limitations

AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Deal Scores, price ranges, and report content are estimates only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or specific outcomes from any scan.

7. Intellectual property

Deal AI, its branding, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of Deal AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEAL AI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED REPORTS.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Deal AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
